Am I Being Too Ambitious?

I would say no, youre not being too ambitious. You have great stats from a great undergrad, so go for it!

Are you actually 19?! If so, how did you make it through your undergraduate so quickly/amazingly?

I would say yes too ambitious...the only real "back up" you have is San antonio...and thats definitely not a guarantee.

You should get in, but it doesn't hurt to add a couple more.

I skipped a grade, so I am younger than most people in my year. Thanks for the advice everyone! It was a great help! 🙂

Firstly, you should probably apply more broadly. While your stats are great, the elite schools on your list are in no way safe choices. Then again, you may get in everywhere, your record is pretty fantastic. 😍

Secondly, I am concerned that your age may hurt you this year. A friend of mine applied to medical school after finishing college at 19. Even though her stats were exemplary, and she applied broadly, she did not get in. We will never know if it was her age that kept her out that year, but with the average age of matriculants hovering around 24, you may be in for a shock. Maybe a year of work or traveling might prepare you for this transition, you may miss a whole episode of your life jumping into medical school.

i'd say yes, add 2-3 "safety" schools

I'd agree with Dulcina. But if you honestly will only want to go to those schools then do not add any. Just realize that you run a higher chance of having to reapply next year.
