No worries. It's still quite early. According to residents here as well as my program director, most programs worth anything wait until later to start sending out invites... and most competitive programs wait for Dean's Letters.

There are lots of people who likely still haven't even submitted their applications yet. Don't read so much into things. Interviews will come. Some programs do it earlier, some do it later.
It is not necessarily true about most competitive programs waiting for Deans' letters. And some programs do not send out all of their invites at once. But that doesn't mean much for individual candidates. Just be patient and realize that things are not going to happen suddenly, and that most interviews happen between november and february.

I hope you're kidding.
While this website is extremely useful and supportive, you also have to remember that there are more people reading this site than posting. I have a lot of friends who submitted on day #1 (I did one week later), and only one of them heard back for an interview -- at a place where he did an away elective and they had told him that they'd bring him for an early interview.
Not to mention, a lot of people simply haven't submitted yet. DON'T WORRY.
Especially if you haven't completed your application, ie, no LORs, etc. -- even more reason to not expect interviews yet.
Just because you haven't heard back now (when some people are getting their very first interviews), it's not a reason to panic... Deep breath.

I think it also depends on which field you are applying to and how competitive it is. So far, many of my friends have not received interviews, and they are at least as qualified as me, if not more, for residency. Just so happens that they are applying for more competitive residencies.
