Humble brag - I honored my internal med shelf 2 rotations ago. I've finished the UWorld surgery questions, and half of them could just as easily have been on that internal med shelf. Same with the Emma Holiday review (tons of slides are pulled directly from the internal med one). I just want to pass the shelf (bottom 5-10% cut-off, I believe). Am I playing with fire if I just know those 130 UWorld questions and the Emma Holliday review (70 pp slides)? I'm just a bit burnt out. Don't want to have to study more than I need to on a rotation with miserable hours...

I think if your goal is just to pass then I'd just add Pestana to that mix to get some bread and butter surgery pearls and call it a day. Are you confident in how much you remember from medicine? Maybe go back and do some UWorld medicine questions, as a good chunk of those appear on the surgery shelf.

If your goal is to literally only pass, and you just honored the internal shelf, it sounds like you've already done too much. Don't open any other books or do anymore questions.

Pestsana is like an hour read, read day before exam and you should be good
