Hey guys, I was told about this site for heart sounds and murmurs. It has a comprehensive tutorial for learning about all aspects of murmurs and ECGs. It also has a quiz for each different type.

Each murmur contains animations, that show a person's JVP, just like the animations on the Step 1. You have to see it for yourself.
