Are folks using Ambient AI and finding it helpful?
I'm dubious it's going to help me as my notes have elaborate to-do lists and I can't imagine how it would update those in a way that I would like (OCD)

Older docs in my group who I suspect can’t type absolutely love it

I’m with you not a big fan my feeling is if I have to proofread everything it types I might as well type it myself. My suspicion is a lot of people don’t proofread it at all

I am worried eventually politicians will be bribed enough that CMS “requires” it for full reimbursement

I use it, but only for the HPI portion. I find it saves me some time when documenting, I don't have to edit too much and it has reminded me of important things that I forgot about on several occasions. I also like the fact that it lets me sit there and listen/talk to the patient without having my attention distracted by the computer.

I look forward to the day when it can put in the orders I tell the patient I'm entering and do more than just document. But if it all went away tomorrow, I would survive.
