Are you looking for a consultant or a consultant/partner? You can’t own the whole thing outright. PM me and I’ll send you some info.

I have spoken with Amy Mowles several times. Experienced and knowledgeable. I like her a lot. Good person to start the thought process with and help think through if this is right for you at this time. However, if I recall correctly, she doesn’t do the proforma work. That is the time consuming and expensive part of the process. If your proforma is favorable then she works with the licensing, etc.

True. We can also own hospitals... how did that work out ?

In reality few states will allow a physician owned free standing surgical center anymore. CON will never be allowed, unless there is a serious paucity of free standing centers in your state. Joint ventures are the norm, multi specialty acs .

If you can get a solo acs freestanding center, CON, youre the Bomb..

My partner who just retired built a hospital that opened mid 2000s. There were 11 physician partners. They sold not long ago and made lots and lots of money.

And I guess I’m changing my username to “the bomb”. Some states it’s hard to get CON and build an ASC. Some however, are not. I’m lucky I suppose.
