Ok just got to this section and it looks like a lot of work. I have easily done 15 activities in the last 7 years that I could put down here but do you really think it is neccessary? What is the point of writting out 700 characters about an a volunteer experience and then checking the box that states it wasn't meaningful at all?

This application is so much work I am working full time and it is still taking me weeks.

If you mention the activity in the personal statement should it be excluded from the work/activities section?

There's a whole thread for these types of questions, and it will help if you read through it. It's called something like "Official AMCAS Work/Activities Thread".
