I have 4 acceptances listed on my choose your medical school tool. But, I withdrew from one of the schools about a week and a half ago. Will I be penalized for having more than 3 schools if it does not change by the 15th?

These are two different processes that you as an individual applicant should coordinate. Additionally CYMS reports pre-4/30 are different post-4/30

1) pre-4/30 medical schools can only see aggregate info of acceptees. That is they can only see how an aggregate number of accepted applicants who have PTE at their school versus a single total of all other schools. After April 30 medical schools can see individual applicants. At no time will CYMS or AMCAS inform any medical school of the name of any other you have applied to, been accepted to, or on a WL

2) Therefore prior to April 15th, indeed prior to April 30th, your concern that acceptance records will not reflect this is a moot issue

3) But all acceptees need to be aware that assigning a PTE with CYMS does not, repeat, does not formally withdraw acceptance from any medical schools. Acceptees must follow each school's procedure for a formal withdrawal which will likely be either the specific school's applicant or an email to the school. Each school in turn reports acceptance action, including withdrawal of acceptance to AMCAS

4) Just a reminder as well edge closer to the 4/30 "final" deadline and students waiting for Financial AId info, no school is obligated to provide FA info prior to this date. You may have to make the decision without knowing FA info

Thank you for the clarification!!
