AMCAS combining last 3 years as senior GPA, do ADCOMS still see my trend?

I’m non trad and was in school for 6 years (1.5 years taking ESL classes). My 4th year GPA was very low but my 5th and 6th years were all As. My application has just gotten processed and there is no trend on paper because it’s all combined together. I am very devastated because I was hoping the trend would grab some attentions but it seems like on adcom side they won’t see any trend

My worry is that will they even look deeper into transcript when cGPA (3.4) is below their 10th percentile and there is no visible trend on the app. Obv it's too late to worry now since I already have my school list and prewrote secondaries. I'll just shoot my shot and hope I'll get a second look

Sometimes you have to apply with the app you have, warts and all, and see how the cycle shakes out.

You will need DO schools on your list.

If there is an opportunity for you to bring out your upward trend in secondaries take advantage of it

They did this to me too. Really dislike that AMCAS’ rules do this, but I made sure to gently mention the rising trend on my secondaries so they can look for it if they choose.
