AMCAS course classification--don't know how to classify some courses

I'm having trouble classifying a few of my classes on AMCAS and was wondering if someone can help.

What category do Humanities courses go in? Women's studies (issues in bio/medicine relating to gender/race)? Communications (i.e. intro to communication and a public speaking class)?
