Man, i'm really pissed off 😡 ...I just spoke with U of Hawaii and they said that they did receive a complete "verified report" from AMCAS, but get this...THEY did not include my recent MCAT score from APRIL 2001 in the OFFICIAL TRANSMISSION!!!! It only shows my 1994 score and no 2001...Hawaii said that they were gonna reject my application because of the outdated MCATs...Hawaii told me to send a copy of my report for now while they resolve this with AMCAS...INTERESTINGLY, when i log onto my application on the WEB, it shows all my scores from 1994 and 2001, but in the OFFICIAL FULLY VERIFIED TRANSMISSION to schools, it DOES NOT SHOW!!!anyone have this problem too? 😡 😡 😡

Thanks for the info. I haven't called the schools yet but I guess I probably should.

Are you a Hawaii resident? I am very interested in U of Hawaii but I'm a CA resident. What do you know about their admissions policies? From what I understand you don't even have a chance without strong, documented ties to Hawaii. Any info would be helpful...

Thanks 🙂

I'm a NY resident 😀 ...but have relatives there...This whole AMCAS stuff sucks big time!! 😡

I think it's a good idea to contact schools for those of you who have outdated MCATs along with valid ones like my self... 🙄

I applied to University of Hawaii School of Medicine, and when I called them last week they said they had my AMCAS, but it was missing my GPA's. The lady told me that they were not going to send out secondaries until she had a veried application with my GPA on it. I really don't think I will get into school here because it is a state school, but what the hell I am a graduate student from Florida; you never know!! I did ask her whether they consider out of state applicants and she said they did.
