AMCAS returned application

I was wondering if anyone went through something like this and has advice.

My application was returned to me because of a class I repeated which I initially took in 1997. My transcript just has the class listed merely as repeated and when they changed their computer system over they purged old info such as the original grades for repeated courses. What did AMCAS have you do?

Seems to be something AMCAS would explain. I would give them a call tomorrow and ask them to tell you what to do.

Yeah, I know... I have an email out to them also. I tired to call but by the time the registrar's office got it figured out the phone line was closed.

I just thought someone else might have had a similar experience.

They probably want to see the original grade. Doesn't your school keep paper records of these things?
