AAMC seemed to have updated their application on the fly. Hopefully they'll let you submit the application early this year.

Here is the update: For Md/Phd programs, now there is an option of selecting the subject area: i.e. molecular biology, BME etc. Just go back and edit in the "Designated Medical Schools" 🙄
