AMCAS Work/Activities multiple supervisors

I apologize if this has been answered previously but i couldn't find it.

I'm planning on combining some of my work/activities into 1 heading, in particular past employment experience unrelated to healthcare (bank, construction, restaurant, etc.). These were all with different employers and different supervisors, but AMCAS only allows one contact per work/activity. So anyone have suggestions for this? Just list the most recent contact? Put all the others in the open text box for explaining the activities? Much thanks in advance to anyone with some insight.

Put the most recent or the longest term contact in the header. For each of the rest include the contact and dates in a brief blurb in the narrative box provided. Use a title for the activity that covers everything in the box, like "Short-Term Employment" or "College Jobs."
