Hi,
I took the NBDE part I over 5 years ago, and when I reattempted to take it again 2 months after the 5 years window has passed, my application was rejected and an appeal was also rejected after.
Has anyone gone through this process before ? I know that the next step is going through an arbitration process but I am completely clueless in that matter and non of the students I know have gone through it. If anyone has any information please share it. Thanks !!
