Have any of you had experience with aminocaproic acid for potential decreased blood loss benefits in non-cardiac cases?

Things like big spine cases/complicated ortho hip revisions/etc. Seems like there has been some advantage to using it for decreased blood loss in the post-op period...for what its worth.
