Hi folks,

I'm a neophyte, my questions are:

When, how much and in what way important functions such as language's logic, learning, comprehension and even self-awareness could be involved because of amnesia?

Would it beed possible, than, an average age and knowledge individual, ideally develop such an amnesia, precluding the majority of cultural assets keeping instead untouched the aforementioned capacities?
I've readed that within neural tissue language's elaborate separately.

It's very much likely that my question lack a big deal of knowlege about the issue, if so, please help me to understand.😍

Thanks

More of a neuropsychological question than a neurological one.

Still, i couldn't understand exactly what were you asking, It was not so clearly stated IMO. Anyway, try in the psychology forum, we are quite few neuropsychologically-minded people there 🙂

Thanks, I do not even know this was a neuropsychological issue.

Ok, forget, lost your memory about amnesia🤣

Actually my curiosity is about how much speech and correlated abilities are involved with memory, namely, if you lost, reputedly and ideally, entirely your memories, will your be able to speak? You gonna became like a baby?

Think of brain a bit like an computer, os could be within hdd or be something like bios, then separated. Could possibly be, according with the various brain's sectors affected, once learned, language's putted aside in a prior assembly-like position.:boom:

You cross-posted a very similar topic in psychology. I am not amused by the repeated word salad posts. Your question is akin to the existential distinction between fact and truth. As an applied science, Neurology has nothing to do with this.

Perhaps the writings of Hugo von Hofmannsthal would appeal to you?

Otherwise, please follow the TOS of this site and refrain from cross posting.

I'm sorry, this happen cause the complexity of the argument. However, thank you all for your answers, i believe to have an more complete idea about the argoment.😉
