Amount of Biochem on COMLEX vs. USMLE

Hey everyone,

Was wondering exactly how much biochem is on the COMLEX vs. USMLE?

I know USMLE has much more biochem, but how much biochem do I need to know if I am just going to take the COMLEX? I mean First Aid seems to have a lot of biochem....not sure if I should take time to memorize all the biochem in First Aid, like all the tiny details or just go with the big picture if it's not that high yield on COMLEX.

Any thoughts or experiences would be great.
