I heard cliff's isn't enough, what should I pair this with ?
People have said Barron's AP biology does a better job at explaining physiology. I'd probably read the lecture slides on anatomy and physiology from the campbell's biology textbook and make my own notes: http://web.stillwater.k12.mn.us/~weavera/download/APBio/Campbell AP Biology Lectures.htm
You'll run into a lot of little small details, just try to get the main ideas and concepts. You'll recognize the words later on and get a sense for what's important/what's not.

Oh thank you ! Which chapter is the physiology and anatomy section ? I think I will be going over the Campbell's book over my weakness. And at this point, it might be anatomy, physiology, and possibly molecular genetics.
For the anatomy and physiology, is it the section of Animal Form and Function ?
So for cliff's I should read that and other stuff as a supplement to my studying ?
What about the animal reproduction and development, should I read another book for that too ? Or should I just read Cliff's for that one ?
These are my last sections ! lol so I am trying to finish strong.
here's what mine says in the table of contents
Chapter 11: Animal Physiology
contains: Digestion in Humans, Gas exchange in humans, human circulation. chemicalsignals, temp regulation, osmoregulation, excretion, nervous system, muscle
Chapter 12: Human Immune System
Chapter 13: Animal Reproduction and Development
talks about both sexual and asexual, sexual reproduction starts on 262 (at least with 2006 version, dont know what little they change but it will close to this page on recent editions)
