hi guys ..... i m a bit bad at anatomy nd i wanna knw tht do iu hve to read all the muscles of upper limb nd lower limb........ i mean do u hve to mug up all the muscles names, attachments (orgin nd insertion) their functions, nerve supply nd the arterial nd venous supply, and last but not the least the bone relations....... i wud b very grateful if any1 can help me nd suggest ........thx
 
You have to know everything...your step 1 score depends on it.
 
They make you dissect a cadaver during the test then proceed to name every structure you see in a 3 minutes time frame.

I would say, you don't need to know everything, but you need to know the anatomy that is relevant in any of the pathology that can occur.
