This is the question:

Indicate whether each of the statements in the following question is True or False?

Regarding the clavipectoral fascia

1- The lateral pectoral nerve pierces it ( T)
2- It's covered completely by pectoralis major ( T)
3- It splits to enclose the subclavius muscle (T)
4- Suspensory ligaments of axilla are part of it (T)
5- No lymp vessels passes through it ( F)

is that correct?

That's a bad format for a question, and it's nitpicky, but yes, you are correct. Basically you'd need to remember that the cephalic vein pierces the clavipectoral fascia, and that lymphatic vessels follow the cephalic vein from the UE all the way to axillary nodes that lie deep to the clavipectoral fascia. The deltopectoral lymph node supposedly lies close to the split in the clavipectoral fascia, although I'm not sure I've ever seen it, and that's after teaching gross anatomy for six years...
