At my school, our gross anatomy class was combined with DPT, physician assistant and respiratory care students, so it won't necessarily be that different from the class your friend is taking.
I found Wynn-Kapit's coloring book and Netter's flashcards to be helpful. I also drew out pictures from the atlas. The most effective way to pass gross anatomy, however, is to spend time in the lab.
Are you in OT school now? If not, when do you start? I'm not trying to intimidate you, but anatomy encompasses such a large volume of information, that reviewing what you're learned at an undergraduate level may not necessarily be helpful. Believe me, you will spend plenty of time studying once you actually get there, and everything you learned before will be reinforced.
So, I guess what I'm saying is, don't worry too much about it until it is time to worry about it 🙂
