Are you starting residency? We had to log our cases on the ACGME website. There's no app but its easy to do from a smartphone. Also, will you be an intern? If so, any OR cases you do during PGY1 year don't count towards the requirements.

acgme website opens well in the mobile browser. This is the best portable option now.
