Anesthesia program list in NE

I've been looking through residency explorer but still unsure where i stand.

Stats:

- GPA 3.96, first quartile in class

- Clinical- 5 honors/1 high pass

- Step1/comlex1: pass, Step2/Comlex2: 262/688

ECs:

- peer mentoring/ youth mentoring for years

- 1 publication(unrelated field, not 1st author), 3 posters (DID NOT present, I was just part of them)

- ICU nursing for a few yrs before med school

- no school club/leadership involvement

Others:

- LOR:1 ICU chair, 1 surgery, 1 anesthesia department(no residency program). Probably nothing spectacular

- 1 away after ERAS open

I think my scores are decent but have nothing else.

Can my score alone carry me to mid tier academic programs in northeast/tristate area?

Can anyone with similar stats from last year or this year share your list or any advice? Thank you!!
