A current M3 here. To those who are applying to anesthesia right now for the 2022 match, what have you found to be needed in a competitive applicant? I have a 233 step 1 and will be taking step 2 in a couple months, with a very unique work experience that I think sets me apart. The field seems to be ever changing and I just want to be sure I am not shooting myself in the foot if the speciality has become so uber competitive
