I was interested in anesthesiology Assistance. I wanted to know hoe competitive is the program? i know there like four or five school. Also i wanted to know what are the pre-req for it should i take my gre or Mcats.

I assume you're talking about Anesthesiologist Assistant. The programs are very competitive.

The pre-requisites for admission are the same as they are for medical school, so MCATs are required in addition to all of the coursework you would take to apply to medical school.
