Angle Ranking--Blurry Vector!

Hey guys,

So I'm having some trouble with angle ranking. In particular when comparing two angles where one has straight lines and the other angle has a blurry vector.

I normally use the Hill Technique but I can't seem to make it work for these angles.

Any advice would be great! Thanks guys 🙂
