Hi!

I'm practicing angle ranking with Crack PAT, and as with many people, it is the worst section of PAT for me.... 🙁 I realize I can eliminate some choices on Crack PAT based on the smallest angle since answer choices normally overlap in the beginning. For example, choices A and B would start with 1) and choices C and D would start with 4), and I get to compare 1) and 4) to eliminate two choices. Will this method of elimination based on answer choices work for me on real DAT as well?

Thank you for answering:laugh:

I would say the elimination method does somewhat narrows down the answer... But half of the time, people end up guessing the questions because you will always end up with two choices...
So the chance of getting all 15 questions right is like tossing a fair coin 15 times...

I would suggest the hill/laptop method + sitting back and look at it from a distance.

A poster not too long ago suggested that if you sit as far back as you can while viewing all four angles really helps in figuring out which to pick.
