Does anyone have a solid strategy besides practicing continously??

There has to be some sort of pattern or strategy to solve the angle ranking problems in the PAT section..

Any help??

Drillfill.....what's next drillgrill......haha - dig your name. Use Crack DAT PAT. Eliminate answers by finding the smallest and largest angles.

I would read the signature of that guy who keeps on saying "read my signature." I would say its ridiculously hard to top 12 on angles...

I just started using CDP and this works really well because you end up only having to distinguish the difference between 2 angles

i also found it helpful to not look up close to each individual angle, but sit back a little and try to unfocus your vision so you can look at them all at once

I gotta agree with this method. From personal experience this method has done miracles for me. The thing about eliminating the biggest and smallest is that on the real DAT they wont give u the answer choices like that.

Practice a lot. I most likely got 15 out of 15 right for the angle ranking on my DAT just because I have done DAT achiever and CDP at least 3 times each.

During the test it helped me to move my head forward and backward to see the difference.
Gluck!:xf:

I did Kaplan prep, so angle ranking kicked my ass on the actual test; but I would narrow it down to the largest and smallest, and then if the middle two are very close, I'd use my thumbs to cover up only but the most inner part of the angles so it makes them look like they have equal length legs. They say not to touch the screen, so just kinda hover a bit. It's not the best method in the world, but I ended up using it on a few and it helped.

Otherwise, I'd say to get CrackPAT!

Good luck!
