if school give you preference if you applied to the same school that your father attended (pharmacy school of course) ? OR
is there a part of the application in the pharmCas that ask about family members in the same field ?

Yes, many schools practice nepotism. Some have agreed to end such practice, but it is going to be slow because there is too much money involved.

Depends on the school. Some schools hands down will offer you admission over another similar candidate because you have family at the school. However, for most schools I have seen if come down to $$, meaning your family is notorious for donations to the school. It also helps if your father has remained friendly with some of the administration.
