I am not sure if you are asking are quadrupeds similar to each other or if they are similar to humans. Either way the question is yes and no. The basic layout of muscles and bones is similar in all mammals. Most of the differences anatomically are in GI tracts and legs. For example cows/sheep/goats have a four chambered stomach while humans/pigs
have a simple stomach. Horses/rabbits have a simple stomach but are hind gut fermentors. Horses have a unique stay apparatus that allows them to remain standing with minimal muscle input. While lungs are similar in general different species have varying divisions to their lungs. There is quite a bit more but that is off the top of my head. If you want to explore this further look for a large animal anatomy book. The small carnivores--dog/cat are more similar to humans than the farm animals.
