Do I have to have an official transcript sent to AACOM, or are transcripts sent to individual schools?

AACOMAS requires official transcripts be sent to them. Some schools might ask for an official transcript later, but I think is after you are accepted.

When we are sending transcripts, do we need to send in one set or two sets?

Yeah, transcripts are sent to AACOM to confirm the grades you typed in. Once you are accepted, you'll have to have another set of official transcripts sent to the school that you will attend.

This saved me some stress:

When I had my transcripts sent to AACOMAS, I also had copies sent to me. That way I was able to know that they were sent out. Saved me some worrying and hassle.

I did not do the same when I sent them to my school. That time I just called the admissions office to make sure they had received them.
