Hi all,

I'm a US citizen doing my honors degree in New Zealand. I realize having a foreign undergrad degree is not accepted by most schools so I compiled a list of those who will accept my credits. I had my transcipt evaluated by WES and they broke it up into undergrad (3.4) and post grad GPA (4.0). However, my GPA for BCPM is 3.6 and 3.8 for cumulative (if you do it the AMCAS way).

Since AMCAS won't verify my foreign transcript, will each school calculate my GPA or will they use whatever WES calculated. Or will they break it up into BCPM and cumulative GPA as well?

Another question: My MCAT scores are coming out tomorrow (eekkk!) so assuming I got a 28 with a 3.6 BCPM and 3.8 cumulative GPA, and about 136 volunteer hours plus research experience, what do you think of my application?

Thanks:laugh:😀

I guess that would depend on which schools will accept your degree. What's that list look like? Sorry, I don't know much about international students.
