  1. Pre-Dental
Well, I'm going for it. Selling the biz, the house, the rental properties and heading back to finish my science pre-reqs. I've seen a lot of inspirational stories on the non-trad forum so I would like to thank you guys for being a part of the decision. I'm freaking out but have never been more certain or happy about anything in my life. I'm going the Dental route but I'm sure we'll run into similar issues re: prereq work. I start shadowing, for the first time, in a couple of weeks. Oh, and I just turned 31:scared:

31 is not even close to a scary number. One step at a time and you'll be jumping through application hoops before you know it.

Good luck to you,
James

Hi Nash, I'm 31 and just starting prereqs as well. Great to see you here!

Same here... 29 now, will be 31 when I apply
I sure hope we're not "old"

People are literally laughing at me when I say "I'm too old". What a great feeling.😀

Good luck to you!
I started this whole process in Jan 05 at 35 and will be starting medical school in late July at 39. Five more months and I'm an MS1!

your not alone obviously, I just made 30 two weeks ago, sold my new house a month ago, quitting my job in june and starting my sciences for the summer time, have a wife and child
