Another LORs question

Hello,
I am sorry if this question is kinda silly.
I am having 4 LORs and I am waiting for the 4th to be completed. I know most schools only require 3 letters. So my question is that do they consider my application incomplete because I am still waiting for the 4th letter?

Depends on the school and which LOE is missing. If the LOE is from a dentist and one of your schools does not require a dental LOE, then your file will be considered complete (considering if everything else is in). If the particular LOE is not required, then that school will still consider your app complete.
