I feel like a million bucks!!!! So relieved...pheeew!!! I had my first counselling session 2day and i'll keep doing it to deal with my stress, family, health issue; I plan to hit the ground running next semester, maintain a more balanced lifestyle and at all costs, avoid future burnouts!!!!!!!!
thx for all ur support guys!!
Man you are a pain in the ass. I have zero sympathy and am annoyed that you're panhandling again.

OP: any strength you have on your application will help you score a desirable residency. Step 1 and clinical evals and LOR's are more important than class rank and MS1 grades. At this stage, and all stages of training, you can only do the best that you can. Once your halfway thru 3rd year, you'll have a better idea of what you really wanna do and how likely it is to get it. For now, try to stay sane while doing your best.
