I haven't heard anything from NYU so I decided to give them a call to see if they even received my application...it turns out that AADSAS didn't send one of my recommendation letters! I have a completed application for all the other schools, but AADSAS must have thought..."ooh, how can we screw this applicant over??"
So of course, i try and phone AADSAS..."sorry we can't answer your call, we're training ALL of our customer service representatives". wtf, don't you think it would have been a good idea to train your employees BEFORE the application cycle started??
I just hope they're trained to know what to do with me when I give them a call!
