I'm trying to put together my school list and i'm having a hard time narrowing it down to an affordable/feasible amount. I'm really shooting for around 15 schools.

Stats: BS from Purdue, GPA - BCPM: 3.4 AO: 3.72 overall: 3.52, MCAT 33 (13V, 10PS, 10BS), MPH from Tulane (finishing up now) with current GPA of 3.70.

I'm a NC resident, and would like to stay on the east coast or Chicago.

obviously UNC, Wake Forest, ECU are on the list

Case Western Reserve
George Washington
Georgetown - (i've heard students leave with the most debt of any school..?)
UIC
Rush
Rosalind Franklin
U. MD (my extended family all live in Baltimore)
NYMC
Penn State
Rochester
Albany
Mt. Sinai
Temple
Thomas Jefferson
Tufts
Tulane

Stretch schools:
NYU
Einstein
Boston
UVA
Michigan

Any comments/suggestions welcome. Did i miss any I should consider? Are there some I should strike from the list? Help me out please

what about loyola up in chicago? SUNY schools? your numbers are pretty good. i think i have a good chance. good luck

Loyola is a jesuit school - not my cup of tea. I have SUNY Rochester on the list, but willing to consider others if anyone has reason to include them. Thanks for the input

georgetown is jesuit as well. trust me, no religion or anything is ever forced on you. if looking to remove, both BU and Tufts get a ton of applications a year. above average. GW also gets a ton. just something to consider.

I made Tufts waitlist last year, so i wanted to leave them on there..

a) i love these threads where it is just two people
b) i think you have a good shot at sinai with your numbers. they really aren't bad at all.

Rochester is not a SUNY. I believe it is private. The SUNYs are Downstate, Upstate, Buffalo and Stonybrook. Best of luck!
