I take it you're an NYU resident (Mets fan, NY schools)? I'm not too familiar with Stony Brook, but I believe they have preferences for in staters. It's even difficult for NY residents to get in.

Loma Linda is a religious school that has preference for SDA affiliated individuals. Just making sure you know about that. I'm pretty sure they require an LOR from a spiritual leader.

UConn will also be a reach because they are very selective with OOS.

Other than that, I think your list is fine (not familiar with Rutgers). Packed with private schools that are pretty expensive, so if you don't get into Stony Brook, be prepared to see your tuition bills.
