I think some schools may expect people to send in their grades, especially if you are very interested in the school. I think you should go ahead because you're other three grades couldn't be better.

Overall will it increase your GPA or decrease it? If it increases it I would say go for it.

You're concerned about three A's and a B-? No offense, but this is classic pre-allo SDN. Take a deep breath and send the grades...not sending them is far more conspicuous, and you have NOTHING to be ashamed of! A B- in Microbiology probably won't turn adcoms off to you, and you'll get plenty more of the subject later on. I think you're in good shape...good luck!

agree. Basing decision on "does it bring you gpa up or down" is ridiculous, imo.
