Hey guys,
Came out of step 2 CS feeling great yesterday, got home and suddenly can't stop overthinking it. Overall i know SEP and CIS weren't issues. I'm worried about ICE because I ran out of time on the patient note in 3 cases.
On 4 cases I think I did excellently in all domains. On 5 I think I did pretty well.
In 2 of the 3 I messed up, my history was very thorough, exam was good, differentials were alright ( I may have only put and supported 1-2) and I ran out of time before workup.
In the 3rd one, my History was excellent, but I skipped ahead to ddx and workup because I was short on time and didn't fill in the PE note although my actual PE in the room was good. I also missed one very important differential because I was flustered, but put two secondary ones.
My question is, what do you think my chances are if I had a great rapport with patients and did very well in 9/12 notes, but didn't finish one important section in each of the 3/12 notes?
Thanks 🙂
