Ok, I just want someone to take a look at the following and tell me if there is something wrong:

I will be applying to MSUCOM via the early admission process this summer.

October 15 is the day where the EDP applicants get to find out if they are accepted or not.

If I don't get into MSUCOM by Oct 15, I will apply to the following schools the following day.

*AZCOM
*CCOM
*NSUCOM
*LECOM
*NYCOM
*PCOM
*COMP

This means that around mid-October, I will be applying to those schools. Is this late or early? I keep reading that people should apply early because of rolling admission.

Do you think this will give me enough time for the primary, secondaries, interviews?

Or should I just forget about the EDP and just apply to MSUCOM through the normal admission process?

I think if you apply as a normal applicant as-early-as-possible, you have a better shot than as an early decision applicant. You are applying among more spots and the acceptance standards are lower.
Oct 15 is kinda late in the game if you consider that applicants begin applying around June.
If you are this prepared at this point, you should have no problem applying on the very first day.

Is there something that says you cannot apply to other schools until you hear from MSUCOM?

I have never been a fan of the early-admission process.

PCOM got rid of that a few years ago because it put those who didnt make it in for the earyl-ad at a disadvantage at other places.

Apply to all the schools you listed the first day the application become available online.

I don't believe that you will be too late to apply my secondary applications were not complete until approximately the second week of december and I have been granted interviews and been accepted to two schools. My recommendation is that if you think that MSUCOM is definetely where you want to go and you have strong stats then by all means apply ED. I assume that you could still get the stuff to the other schools in on time if you did not get in. If you are wavering on MSUCOM just get your applications in very early in june and that will probably cover you either way.

I never suggest people apply ED unless they are an absolutely steller applicant. The risks just aren't worth it. If you are that good, than apply regular and give yourself a whole bunch more options earlier than Oct 15. You might get accepted to that shcool early anyway. I was accepted at VCOM on Oct 10th and that wasn't early decision. Plus I had a number of interview offers early on as well. DO schools tend to move faster than MD schools so in my humble opinion there is no need for ED in the DO application process.
