I guess the non-clinical volunteering (food/clothing distribution) is better some than none, but it's a little disappointing you had two years to address this from your initial application attempt and only racked up 20 hours at submission time, which you know is hardly a dent. I'm presuming the bulk of your clinical hours listed were added in the past year or two. Hopefully EVMS can give you feedback since they waitlisted you twice. You have two strikes against you, so you should consider applying to VCOM (DO) to avoid being a 3x reapplicant.

Your low non clinical volunteering hours will limit your chances for interviews. As a 3rd time applicant, you should apply to DO schools also.

@Mr.Smile12 @Faha thank y'all so much! I know, it's definitely my bad for not focusing more on volunteering with working and then studying for the MCAT so I just recently started at the food pantry, but I will definitely focus on that this year! I appreciate your help! 🙂
