any 6 years OMFS program that accept non-US citizens

Any body knows of any 6 year oral maxillofacial surgery program (with MD) that accept non-US citizens but a graduate of accredited american dental school. All the 6 year programs that i have found so far require that an applicant to have US citizenship.
