  1. Pre-Dental
I just applied to 21 dental schools on JUL 11, 2011
My overall GPA is 3.45 sci 2.99,
DAT: AA 18 TS 19 QR 18 RC 17 Bio 18 GCEM 18 OCHEM 20 PAT 21

Has any one been getting any interviews that have similar stats?
Or does any one know any body that has got in to dental schools with similar stats? I am bit worried. Please comment.

I am also taking some Post bacc classes to raise my science GPA.

Sorry to say, but if you do get an interview, you are one lucky...OR you are the most unique situation person I've seen.

1.Your science GPA is BELOW 3.0, which some schools use as an automatic filter.
2. Your DAT isn't FANTASTIC as to warrant a second look despite the low GPA.

Definitely continue to take post-baccs and up that science GPA. It could be a long road, but it ain't over yet! 👍

Hope for the best, but prepare for worst. Take a full year of Post-bac and prepare to reapply. But I do hope you get lucky and get in. Best of luck

I have did not see anyone with a science gpa that low matriculate on predents last cycle and I haven't heard good new from similar people here. I would try really hard to nail out a 4.0, heavy on the science. It sucks, but it is what it is. Good luck.
