If you mean medical/health issues, any anterior segment or cornea book will give you more than enough information to deal with contact lens related complications.

If you mean troubleshooting contact lens fittings and fitting challenging cases, that's a separate book though usually those books also have medical management of CL complications.

This is the one I have. I like it.

That's what I got in school (Dr. Bennett and Dr. Henry were our profs), and it is a pretty comprehensive book. It's certainly no quick guide, but it has a lot of troubleshooting information.
