Any chance this counts as 2 science LORs?

Hello everyone,

I currently have three letters of recommendation for the upcoming cycle: a math prof, a psych prof (who I also did cognitive neuroscience research for), and a public health prof. I'm realizing that although these three people know me well, perhaps none of these will be seen as true science letters. I'm not a science major, and I've been having difficulty getting another science letter. I have two people I could ask, but one can't write me one until August and I seriously think the other one may have dropped off the face of the planet this summer. My question is whether I can stick with the three letters I have, or if adcoms who want 2 sci/1 non-sci will freak out about this.

Looking at past threads, it seems as if sometimes letters from psychology and math professors are counted as science, and sometimes not. Additionally, the psych and public health courses that led to these recommendations were both research methodology-related, which makes me want to consider them to be sort of half science-y. Does anyone have any insight into this, or should I just start calling programs individually and start asking/begging/offering my firstborn?

The psych one should be fine, especially if it discusses the research you did. I got by with a crop science professor FWIW.
