Yes most of the questions for my exam were word problems and surprisingly, the Kaplan book doesn't go over any word problems. The QR section is basic math...like the SAT.

can any1 reccomend the best way to study for the math section? I didnt take math in over 4 years and forgot most of it. I am taking my DAT probably in about a year and a half, but I want to start studying now at least for the math. Can any1 tell me the best way to do this. MY friend took Kaplan but like some1 said they dont have any word problems...
