I'm a 3rd year EM resident looking to become better at charting and decrease medical legal liability..any good resources out there?

I've done a lot of the Sullivan group CME. It is pretty awesome.

I also recommend reading "Bouncebacks!" and "Bouncebacks! : Medical and Legal"
