I'm not sure if you have seen this information before, but check this link:

There is a map detailing the annual mean wage of physical therapists, by area. You can scroll over the map and get an idea of the mean average salary for physical therapists in the Raleigh-Cary area. I thought if you had not seen this data, it would be a good place to start for gathering information on salaries for physical therapists in and around Raleigh. Maybe others will post specific salaries for the settings that they practice in, but if not at least this provides you with a general idea of the PT salary for that area.

For out-patient, you can expect $55-65K in Raleigh-Durham depending on many factors. Ultimately it comes down to what you bill. SNF's make a little more. In-patient PTs can make about the same or a little less. I'm excluding supervisory pay levels.
